Refund Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
We hope you are happy with InstantIndexer. Here is how refunds work, and when you can get one.
How the service works
You pay for InstantIndexer with credits. You buy them first, then spend them to submit URLs to be indexed by Google. As soon as you submit URLs, we take the credits for them from your balance.
Unused credits
The credits you buy have no expiry date and will wait in your account indefinitely. If you would rather have your money back for credits you have not spent, here is what we offer:
- In the first 7 days after buying: you get a full refund of the credits from that purchase that are still unused. If you have already used some of them, we refund the unused remainder.
- Once 7 days have passed: we do not refund unused credits. They stay in your account, never expire, and are yours to use later.
Used credits and the crawl signal
Our job is done at the moment your URL is successfully handed to Google’s crawl pipeline. What happens next is up to Google alone. Its own algorithms, applying its own quality guidelines, decide if the URL is crawled, when that happens, if the page gets indexed and where it ranks. That decision is not ours to control or influence, and we have no view into it.
Some examples of when we will not refund credits (there are others):
- Google crawled your URL and chose to leave it out of the index.
- Google indexed your page to begin with, then removed it.
- Your page is in the index but has no ranking, a lower ranking than you expected, or a ranking it has since lost.
- Your page does not come up for a specific query you checked.
- You had second thoughts about the URL or the project after you submitted it.
- The destination URL returns a 4xx or 5xx status, has a noindex tag, is blocked in robots.txt, or cannot be indexed because of another on-page issue. We sent the crawl signal as requested all the same.
If we fail to send the crawl signal
Sometimes the failure is ours. A system error, an upstream API failure, a timeout or some other technical issue may prevent us from delivering the crawl signal to Google. In that case we mark the submission as failed and automatically put its credits back in your account balance. You can submit again without paying anything more.
Think you were charged for a submission whose crawl signal never got to Google? Email [email protected] with the details of the submission and we will investigate. If our logs show that the crawl signal was not sent, you get all of those credits back.
Duplicate charges
A payment processing error can occasionally charge you more than once for a single credit purchase. Contact us if that happens, and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
How to ask for a refund
Send an email to [email protected] and tell us:
- The email address your account uses.
- When you made the purchase, and for how much.
- Your reason for requesting the refund.
We try to reply to every refund request within 2 business days. When a refund is approved, we send it back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need 5–10 business days before it appears on your statement.
Chargebacks
Before you start a chargeback or a payment dispute through your bank, please get in touch with us directly. We are committed to resolving problems promptly and fairly. If you file a chargeback and have not contacted us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is being reviewed.
Closing your account
You can close your account whenever you wish. Unused credits you bought in the last 7 days qualify for a refund, as explained above. Credits bought more than 7 days ago are forfeited once the account is closed.
If this policy changes
We may update this policy now and then. When we do, we will tell registered users by email or with a notice in the app.
