Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Thanks for choosing InstantIndexer. When you use the service you are agreeing to the terms on this page, so please stop using it if you disagree with any of them.
What we do
You give InstantIndexer the addresses of your web pages and we pass them to the search engines, asking for them to be considered for indexing. You pay with credits, bought ahead of time and used up as you submit URLs.
Who can have an account
You need an account to use InstantIndexer, and what you tell us when you open it has to be accurate. Look after your password and other credentials: their security is in your hands. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in the place you live.
How credits and payments work
- You buy credits up front, and they do not expire.
- We take the credits for a URL at the moment you submit it.
- Standard speed uses 1 credit for each URL; Instant speed uses 10.
- We show all prices in USD. Stripe, Razorpay and our crypto payment processor handle the payments securely.
- Your credits stay with your account. They cannot be transferred to a different one.
Rules of use
When you use InstantIndexer, you agree that you will not:
- Send us URLs that host malware, phishing or anything else harmful.
- Send us URLs you neither own nor are authorised to get indexed.
- Send us URLs that go against any law or regulation in force, or against the rights of a third party.
- Misuse the service by scraping it, running bots against it or hammering the API.
- Try to reverse-engineer the service, exploit it or defeat its security measures.
- Send us spam, doorway pages or other content that breaches search engine guidelines.
- Run several accounts to dodge rate limits, or to spread one business’s, brand’s, agency’s, client’s or domain’s work between them, no matter which email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses or other identifiers are used to set them up. The limit is one InstantIndexer account for each person and one for each business.
If an account breaks these rules we can suspend it or shut it down, and we do not have to give notice first. If we work out that more than one account belongs to a single person or business, we can combine those accounts or close the extra ones.
Uptime
We aim for the service to be up nearly all of the time. Even so, we do not guarantee that it will never be interrupted: scheduled maintenance, trouble with a third-party service or a force majeure event can take it offline for a while. Losses that result from downtime are not something we are liable for.
Who owns what
InstantIndexer owns everything that makes up the service, including its content, its branding and its technology, and intellectual property law protects them. You keep full ownership of the URLs and the content that you submit.
Our liability
We provide InstantIndexer “as is” and give no warranties of any sort. To the fullest extent the law permits, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. That includes, among other things, lost revenue, lost traffic and lost positions in search results.
For any claim, the most we can be liable for is the amount you paid to InstantIndexer in the 12 months before the claim.
If these terms change
From time to time we may change these terms. Material changes are announced to registered users by email or through a notice in the app. If you keep using the service once a change has been made, you are accepting the new terms.
Law and disputes
The laws applicable to these terms govern them and how they are interpreted. If we ever disagree, we will each make a good-faith attempt to negotiate a solution before either of us starts formal proceedings.
